Why packages are scoped, not one-size-fits-all
Two businesses can need very different amounts of work. A dental office in Arcadia that competes mostly within a few miles faces a different market from a roofing company that wants calls from Surprise to Queen Creek. A package that is too small for the market will not move rankings; a package that is too large wastes money.
That is why we recommend a package only after a local SEO audit. The audit shows how strong your current profile and website are, how strong the competition is, and how many pages and links you need to compete. The package then matches that need.
The three plan levels
| Foundation | Growth | Multi-location | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Single location, focused service area | Single location, competitive market or wide area | Two or more staffed locations |
| Google Business Profile care | 1 profile | 1 profile | 1 per location |
| Review request system and replies | Included | Included | Included per location |
| New or improved pages per month | Few, focused on core services | More, including service-area pages | Per location, plus shared service pages |
| Citations | Setup and cleanup | Setup, cleanup and expansion | Per location |
| Local link outreach | Light | Active | Active, per market |
| Technical checks | Monthly | Monthly | Monthly |
| Reporting | Monthly rank grid and leads | Monthly rank grid, leads and lead quality | Reporting by location |
The exact number of pages and links in each plan is set in your proposal after the audit, based on what your market requires.
What every plan includes
Some work is essential regardless of size, so every plan includes it:
- Google Business Profile management: review replies, profile updates, photos, edit monitoring and spam checks. See profile management for details.
- A review request process that asks every customer, following Google's rules and the FTC rule on fake reviews.
- Citation accuracy on the directories that matter most, through citation building and cleanup.
- Technical health checks for indexing, speed and errors on key pages.
- Monthly reporting with a rank grid, profile actions, tracked leads, completed work and next month's plan.
- A named point of contact and a short monthly check-in.
Foundation plan
Foundation suits single-location businesses with a defined service area and a moderately competitive market, such as a family dentist, a salon, an independent auto shop or a specialist trade with fewer competitors.
The focus is getting the essentials right and keeping them right: a complete, active Google profile, a strong page for each core service, steady reviews and accurate listings. Most businesses that need local SEO but do not face intense competition start here.
Growth plan
Growth suits single-location businesses in competitive markets or with a wide service area. Typical examples are HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control, law firms and medical practices that want to rank across several Valley cities.
On top of everything in Foundation, Growth adds more page building each month, including pages for genuine service areas, active outreach for local links, deeper competitor analysis and lead quality reporting tied to your CRM or call outcomes. This is the level where map pack coverage across a wider area becomes realistic.
Multi-location plan
Multi-location suits businesses with two or more staffed locations, such as clinics, franchises, restaurants or service companies with offices in several parts of the Valley.
Each location gets its own Google profile management, location page, citations, rank grid and reporting. Shared work, such as service pages and site-wide technical improvements, benefits all locations at once. Reporting compares locations so you can see which branches are gaining and which need attention.
What drives the cost of local SEO
Monthly cost depends on a handful of factors, all of which the audit measures:
- Competition. Searches where competitors have hundreds of reviews and strong websites need more work.
- Service area size. Ranking across the whole Valley takes more pages and links than ranking within a few miles.
- Number of services. Each main service needs its own page and its own place on the profile.
- Number of locations. Each staffed location is a separate local market.
- Starting point. A site with technical problems or a profile with a suspension history needs more work up front.
- Content needs. Some businesses have good pages that need small improvements; others need pages written from scratch.
We explain in the proposal how each factor affects your scope, so the price is never a mystery.
The setup period
The first months of any plan include extra work: the audit, fixing errors, building or rewriting core pages, setting up tracking and cleaning up citations. After that setup period, plans run month to month. We think the results should earn the next month, not a long contract.
What happens in the first month
Every plan begins the same way, whatever its size:
- Kickoff call to confirm services, service areas, goals and access to your accounts.
- Audit and baseline: a rank grid for your main searches, plus a record of current calls, direction requests, website clicks and tracked leads.
- Urgent fixes: anything that puts the listing at risk or blocks rankings, such as duplicate profiles, wrong categories, broken tracking or pages Google cannot index.
- Roadmap: the plan for the next three months, shared in writing so you can see exactly what will happen and in what order.
By the end of the first month you know where you stand, what has been fixed and what comes next.
How we show value against cost
A package should pay for itself. Each month we put the work next to the results it produced: calls and forms from search and the Google profile, and, where your CRM or call notes allow, how many of those became paying customers. Over a few months, that comparison shows whether the plan is earning its cost or needs to change.
Comparing packages from different agencies
Package names and prices vary widely, which makes comparison hard. These questions cut through the differences:
- What exactly is delivered each month, in numbers of pages, links and profile tasks?
- Who owns the accounts and content if you leave?
- Are reports based on leads, or only on rankings and traffic?
- Is there a long contract, and what happens if results do not come?
- Does any part of the package rely on tactics that break Google's guidelines?
A cheaper package that delivers vague tasks often costs more than a clear one that delivers measurable work.
Add-ons outside the packages
Some needs fall outside a monthly package and are quoted separately:
- A full website rebuild or redesign.
- Large technical projects, such as a site migration.
- Paid advertising, including Google Ads and Local Services Ads.
- CRM implementation and automation.
When one of these would help your results, we will say so and explain why.
How to choose the right plan
Answer these questions:
- How many staffed locations do you have? Two or more points to Multi-location.
- How far do you want customers to come from? A few miles suggests Foundation; several cities suggests Growth.
- How strong are the businesses in the map pack for your main search? Hundreds of recent reviews suggest Growth.
- Does your website already have a strong page for each main service? If not, expect more setup work.
If you are unsure, the free audit answers these questions with data, and we recommend the plan that fits.
What packages will not include
We do not sell guaranteed rankings, because no one controls Google's results. We do not include fake reviews, keyword-stuffed business names, virtual offices or purchased links in any plan. These shortcuts break Google's rules and put your listing at risk, and no package is worth that risk.
